At the time I was running ATI and I had to alt tab in and out of the game to fix the issue, Then restart the game and it worked fine, When it happened I got a black screen and kerbal was only showing up in a small square in the bottom right corner of the screen. I have found Kerbal on that rig ran better in windows mode and not full screen with tons of mods added in. I have ran into that issue too, but it only happened when I changed from windows to full screen mode, What is tour resolution setting? and you got ati or nvidia card? I got a problem with around 300 part outpost on minmus. I have over 50 parts and several whole mods for kerbal, I barely use 1.9gb.
